Perfectly located in the heart of Dunwoody, close to everything you would need.  We are known around Dunwoody as being one of the most family-friendly neighborhoods with a busy swimming pool, tennis courts, and artificial turf playground.  Families come from around the city for our Halloween event.  Dads from around the Southeast spend months getting into shape for our annual Whiffle Ball tourney.  Simply put, we are the best neighborhood in the Perimeter Business District.  

 

Ashford Chase is in the Dunwoody Elementary, Peachtree Middle, and Dunwoody High school districts, ranked within the best schools of Georgia.  The neighborhood houses date from 1995-2000.
